Bimal Kadikar is the founder and CEO of Transcend, a technology firm dedicated to helping financial institutions optimize their businesses by taking a holistic approach to managing inventory, liquidity and funding. Transcend helps clients to increase enterprise-wide efficiency, reduce risk and drive greater business performance by creating a connected data ecosystem that spans across multiple business silos and functions. Bimal leads Transcend鈥檚 business and product strategies, working closely with major global financial institutions to implement innovative technology solutions that connect the front-to-back functions to enable optimal capital decisions.

Bimal previously served in several senior roles at Citi Capital Markets Technology Division. He led the global technology organization for Citi鈥檚 Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) businesses, and built the Prime 麻豆影视传媒, Futures & OTC Clearing technology platform, expanding Citi鈥檚 growth. Bimal also spearheaded Citi鈥檚 firm-wide post-credit crisis strategy for Collateral, Liquidity and Margin, leading to the inspiration for founding Transcend鈥檚 next- generation collateral and liquidity management solutions.

Darren Crowther is the General Manager for Broadridge鈥檚 Securities 麻豆影视传媒 and Collateral Management (SFCM) division. His entrepreneurial attitude to seeking innovative solutions for market problems has Darren continually spearheading new approaches to streamline the Securities 麻豆影视传媒 industry. Darren has over 20 years鈥� experience in the Securities 麻豆影视传媒 and software business and has been with Broadridge since the acquisition of 4sight in 2016. From 4sights beginning in 2003 Darren has served in a number of leadership roles, including Vice President of Solution Delivery. He is a business champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion facilitating various initiatives across Broadridge.

Adrian joined ISLA in January 2019 as Head of Regulation, Digital & Market Practice group. In this role, he manages the associations work on regulation, technology, and market practices of the EMEA Securities Lending markets.

Adrian has over 30 years of experience in financial services including diverse roles in product development, business analysis, IT development, trading, and operations at BNP Paribas, Barclays and BNY Mellon. Prior to joining ISLA Adrian was head of product development for SFTR at IHS Market.

Wassel Dammak is the Head of collateral solutions product strategy at Vermeg where he is responsible for bridging collateral management business and technology to help financial firms transform their legacy IT stack into a service based and componentized architecture and thus reaching a 鈥榖y-nature鈥� transformative model of strategic readiness to market opportunities and threats.

Previously, he held multiple positions in the fintech industry focusing on product management, Go to Market strategy and revenues generation at world class leading fintech companies serving globally the capital markets.

Mr. Dammak earned a Bachelor of Accounting and 麻豆影视传媒 from the Carthage High Commercial Studies Institute of Tunis.

Sabine Farhat is Head of Securities 麻豆影视传媒 Product Management at Murex. She leads the MX.3 product evolution for Repo, SBL, and the full synthetics offering. Her recent work has focused on preparing the securities finance solution for physical and synthetics to the new market demands by enhancing the whole value chain front to back to risk for high-volume Straight-through Processing offering and continuously focusing on regulations. Sabine holds a master鈥檚 degree in management of Financial Institutions from Universit茅 Paris Dauphine.

Joseph Gillingwater is a Senior Vice President and Global Head of Fixed Income Securities 麻豆影视传媒 Trading at Northern Trust Capital Markets.

Based in London, he joined Northern Trust in 2016, and is responsible for the global trading strategy, regulatory capital optimization, and distribution of bonds within the Agency Lending programme. Additionally, Joseph has responsibility for the management of repurchase agreement (repo) trading, including Northern Trust鈥檚 FICC sponsored repo capabilities.

Previously, Joseph was a Senior Portfolio Manager at State Street Global Advisors where he was responsible for the management of securities lending investments and short-term fixed income portfolios.

Graham Gooden, EMEA Head of Collateral Services at J.P. Morgan - responsible for Tri-party and Derivatives Collateral Management, including product management and client services. 25 years industry experience across Collateral and Corporate Trust

Eileen is the global head of trading services sales within J.P. Morgan鈥檚 Securities Services business. Eileen began her career in interest rate sales in 2003 and moved thereafter to interest rates exotics trading, both at J.P. Morgan and at Morgan Stanley.

She joined J.P. Morgan鈥檚 derivatives clearing business in 2011, initially to build out the rates OTC client clearing franchise. Her product and market responsibilities expanded thereafter, culminating in her leading EMEA derivatives clearing sales from 2016. In May 2022, she moved to her current role, with global sales responsibility for the trading services business, which encompasses agency securities finance, collateral management and tri-party.

Eileen has a first-class degree in natural sciences and management studies from the University of Cambridge.

Matt Johnson serves as a Director on the ITP Industry Relations and participates on the Strategic Initiatives team at DTCC. Within this role, Matt is responsible for collaborating with his product management peers to develop a robust and comprehensive strategy for the firm鈥檚 Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) suite of services to ensure it meets evolving client and industry needs in Europe and beyond. He also serves as an EU expert on several local regulations, including CSDR. Matt has been with DTCC for coming up on ten years, with a focus on client relationship management, trade association relationships and industry & infrastructure engagement.

Prior to DTCC, Matt held several operational roles at several investment banks covering cross-product client services & relationship management across cash securities, FX and OTC clearing. Matt is a regular speaker on the conference circuit and has been quoted in many trade publications on European regulation, post-trade processing and the evolution of middle office operations.

Mike Lambert is the Product Director for Securities Lending within the 鈥淪ecurities 麻豆影视传媒 & Collateral Management鈥� business unit at Broadridge Financial Solutions and has been with Broadridge for 16 years. Mike is responsible for defining the Securities Lending strategy and product roadmap within SFCM.

Mike started his career in Investment Banking and has had time at Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. It was at Lehman Brothers that Mike made the transition from Operations to IT, on a milestone project to implement a Securities Lending system. Since then Mike has worked on numerous Securities Lending system upgrades and implementations.

Gabi Mantle is Head of Post-Trade Solutions at EquiLend, where she is responsible for post- trade client engagement, aiding product development and management of a team of product specialists which provides SME support to EquiLend鈥檚 new and existing clients. She also serves as the global spokesperson for all post-trade matters at EquiLend. Gabi has 23 years of finance industry experience, primarily in securities finance.

Prior to joining EquiLend in 2019, Gabi held positions at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bank of America spanning all areas of securities lending and client asset operations. She has an extensive knowledge of securities lending operations processes as well as a strong industry network. Gabi has a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kingston University.

Kevin is Head of RegTech Solutions at EquiLend. He joined the company in 2021 and is responsible for development and expansion of the firm鈥檚 regulatory technology solutions. Prior to this, Kevin was the Chief Executive of the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) from 2009 until 2016.

Kevin has worked in the securities finance industry for many years, both in the UK and the U.S., and has represented the securities finance industry on various market committees in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining ISLA, he ran securities lending businesses at Prudential in London and at Barclays Global Investors, where he was responsible for lending in Europe and North America.

Kevin is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Bill Meenaghan is CEO at SSImple, whose mission is to fundamentally change the way that SSIs are stored, shared and enriched across the financial services industry. He's also a Member of the UK's Accelerated Settlement Taskforce. Simplifying the complexities of the trade lifecycle has been his passion for more than 20 years.

Prior to founding SSImple, Bill worked in senior product management roles at IHS Markit (now merged with S&P Global), The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC)/Omgeo and State Street Global Advisors.

He holds a BA in Accounting & 麻豆影视传媒 from Nottingham Business School.

With more than 20 years of front-to-back investment banking experience including 11 years at JP Morgan, Jonathan鈥檚 more recent focus was on the emergence of new regulations covering securities financing, money market reporting and collateral reuse. He has worked closely with the Financial Stability Board, ESMA, ECB and Bank of England and has been at the forefront of educational and advocacy efforts for the SFTR reporting regime.

Jonathan is a former chair of both the ICMA ERCC SFTR Taskforce and the AFME Primary Dealers Reporting group.

Farrah joined the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA) in September 2019 and is Director of Regulatory Affairs within the Regulation & Market Practice group.

Farrah provides invaluable support to this strategically important part of the Association鈥檚 focus, by working with the various workstream coordinators to monitor and assess EMEA financial regulations, including Tax, that have potential to impact the securities lending market.

Farrah reviews regulatory implementation, consultations and manages industry working groups, whilst monitoring updates from policy makers & National Competent Authorities to maintain best practice documentation.

Prior to ISLA, Farrah occupied client service and desk support roles within derivatives and securities lending middle office, as well as in asset servicing operations, for J.P Morgan Chase.

Martin joined HQLA^X in 2021 to drive platform development supporting clients in Securities 麻豆影视传媒 and Collateral markets. He previously led business and technology teams delivering Collateral Trading, Prime 麻豆影视传媒, and Regulatory Change programs at HSBC and UBS.

Ed is responsible for leading the company鈥檚 product development efforts focused on new markets, collateral and liquidity solutions and regulatory initiatives. Ed joined eSecLending in 2010 having begun his financial services career in 1988. Prior to joining eSecLending, Ed held positions at Data Explorers (now acquired by IHS Markit), Northern Trust, Baring Asset Management and Lloyds Bank. Ed is also on the executive committee of the Pan Asia Securities Lending Association and is a board member of the International Securities Lending Association.

Michalis Sotiropoulos is responsible for DTCC鈥檚 policy and regulatory strategy in EMEA and has been running the DTCC鈥檚 Brussels office since 2011. Michalis represents the firm before policymakers, supervisors and industry, having the oversight of DTCC鈥檚 overall policy and regulatory activity on capital markets, clearing and settlement, trade reporting, operational resilience and data flows. He is a thought leader in European capital markets and a recognized expert on clearing and new financial technologies.

Michalis is an occasional Visiting Lecturer in several European Universities and is fluent in English, French and Greek.

Prior to this, Michalis has worked for a top tier policy advisory in Brussels, a couple of political think tanks and the European Commission.

A Greek and Belgian national, Michalis has academic degrees in international politics and political economy from UK and Greek universities.

Mr. Tsang oversees Business Development for S&P Global Market Intelligence, Cappitech in Europe and is responsible for leading the expansion of our regulatory reporting capabilities. Mr. Tsang has over 15 years鈥� experience covering collateral management, trade support and regulatory reporting. Most recently he managed the Cappitech client services team globally and helped clients navigate and onboard successfully onto our SFTR platform. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Mr. Tsang spent 5 years at CME Group, with his last role being the Business and Product Development Manager of the European Trade Repository.

Roy has a track record of success, leading businesses at agent banks, in prime brokerage, collateral trading and fintech, both in start-up mode and revitalising stale enterprises
