Delta Capita has acquired The Field Effect, a London-based consultancy, specialising in prime services, financing, clearing and collateral management.
The acquisition will produce a global consultancy and service provider in prime brokerage, securities finance and collateral management space.
The combined business will offer pre- and post-trade strategies, operating model designs and business cases, combined with technology delivery, data, integration solutions managed services and consortia management capabilities.
David Field will join Delta Capita鈥檚 executive committee and lead the new combined prime services and securities finance practice.
Commenting on the acquisition, David Field, founder and managing director of The Field Effect, said 鈥淪ince our foundation in 2015 we have become the dominant provider of securities financing management consultancy in the UK.鈥
