Charles Taylor Investment Management (CTIM) has selected Northern Trust to provide its integrated trading solutions and assisted second Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II) transaction reporting.
Northern Trust鈥檚 integrated trading solutions will provide CTIM with services ranging from trade execution to matching and settlement.
The agreement will also help enhance operational efficiencies across CTIM鈥檚 front-, middle- and back-office functions which encompasses access to global markets, trading locations and liquidity.
Northern Trust鈥檚 assisted MiFID II transaction reporting service will provide CTIM鈥檚 transaction data to help them meet these requirements.
In addition, it expands CTIM鈥檚 existing relationship with Northern Trust as its global custodian.
