Delta Capita has gained a major investment from Prytek Holdings, a Singapore based investment group with assets under management of over $300 million.
The UK-based consultancy and service provider secured a $50 million equity investment from Prytek, and access to more than $100 million of capital for future acquisitions and funding for client transactions.
Delta Capita says the investment enables it to further accelerate its climbing growth and enhance its services with a large variety of fintech offerings.
Commenting on the investment, Prytek鈥檚 managing partner, Andrey Yahsunky, says: 鈥淒elta Capita will now benefit from access to the 35 innovative technology companies across the Prytek Group.鈥�
Following the investment, Delta Capita will become the financial services arm of Prytek, bringing a range of innovation and technology to its clients.
Delta Capita鈥檚 CEO Joe Channer, adds: 鈥淎ccess to Prytek鈥檚 capital and growing portfolio, provides further leverage for Delta Capita.
