Clearstream鈥檚 Elisa Poutanen has joined securities lending blockchain platform HQLA岬� in the newly-created role of sales lead.
Poutanen joined Luxembourg-based HQLA岬� from post-trade services provider Clearstream, where over the course of five-and-a-half years she worked in global sales and business development banking, funding and financing positions.
Before Clearstream, Poutanen had a lengthy stint at BNP Paribas, where she worked her way up to dealing services, head of client services.

In January, HQLA岬� of 鈧�14.4 million led by BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs, BNP Paribas Securities Services and Citigroup, with additional participation from longtime strategic partner Deutsche Boerse.
And in February, BNY Mellon clearance and collateral management product strategy head Simon Squire joined HQLA岬♀�檚 board of directors.
