Investment bank Mizuho Securities USA hires Sandeep Sureka as managing director, head of equity financing, structured trading and equity鈥檚 financial resource management.
Based in New York, Sureka will report to head of Americas equity division at Mizuho Americas, Darlene Pasquill.
Sureka was formerly managing director, head of financing and structuring at Wells Fargo from 2019 to 2022.
Prior to this, Sureka was head of prime and D1 financing at Citi from 2010 to 2019. Sureka has worked at a number of companies including AllianceBernstein and SkillSpheres 鈥� which he co-founded in 2003.
