South Street Securities Holdings has appointed three additional members to its board of directors.
Mark Lawrence, managing director at BlackRock, Roland Hlawaty, former partner at Milbank Tweed, and Ted Goldthorpe, head of credit at BC Partners, will join the firm's board.
The board of directors is composed of nine active members who will provide guidance to South Street鈥檚 executive team.
The announcement follows the retirement of Frank Puleo from the board after 18 years.
Commenting on the news, James Tabacchi, president and CEO of South Street Securities Holdings, says: 鈥淲e are excited and humbled to welcome these financial industry experts to our board and benefit from their vast experience and the significance of the company's they represent.
