Tom Carey takes on new role at Broadridge

Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Tom Carey to head up the firm鈥檚 new international business Broadridge International,in an attempt to expand into Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), as well as Asia Pacific markets.
Carey will also serve on Broadridge鈥檚 executive committee.
Previously, Carey headed up the firm鈥檚 technology and operations solutions business in EMEA and Asia Pacific.
In the newly created role, Carey will work closely with the firm鈥檚 governance and communication product groups led by Patricia Rosch outside of North America.
Rosch, who works as international head of Broadridge investor communication solutions, said: 鈥淲orking closely with Tom Carey and his team will enable us to take our current and next generation of products directly to market in EMEA and Asia Pacific in the most effective manner to meet clients鈥� growing needs.鈥�
Carey added: 鈥淚 am excited to lead our international efforts outside of North America, redoubling our focus and commitment to helping our clients support their business needs through the global scale and local relevance of our solutions and services, to meet today鈥檚 challenges and capitalise on what鈥檚 coming next.鈥�
