HilltopSecurities welcomes Brad Winges

Brad Winges has joined Hilltop Securities as president and CEO, succeeding Hill A. Feinberg who remains in his role as chairman.
Winges will be based out of HilltopSecurities鈥� headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
He joins HilltopSecurities from Piper Jaffray where he was senior executive managing director and a member of the company鈥檚 leadership team.
Winges is a past two-term chairman of the Bond Dealers of America (BDA) board of directors and currently serves on the board鈥檚 executive committee and as co-chair of the BDA鈥檚 Fixed Income Market Structure Working Group.
Additionally, he is also a founding member of the American Securities Association and was appointed to the Securities and Exchange Commission鈥檚 Fixed Income Market Structure Advisory Committee last year.
